| Harumi Inoue was born on September 23, 1974 in Kumamoto, Japan. She debuted by winning a contest in 1991 and started acting in drama since then. Beside these, she took part in a variety of shows, cds, VDOs and comnercials. She had done many of her works since 1991, after winning this contest. She became very popular on the Net as well.
