Phifer, Music of the Heart with Merryl Streep, had a recurring roll on Third Watch.
Now he stars as Kevin a.k.a. LUNE, the youngest, craziest member of the crew in Bomb the System.
Jade is also a talented Rap Artist and will be dropping his first album later this year.
