Jane March is an English film actress and former model.
Personal history
March was born Jane March Horwood in Edgware, London, England. Her mother is of Chinese and Vietnamese origin; her father has English and Spanish roots.
She was a top teenage fashion model prior to becoming an actress. At age 14, she won a local "Become a Model" contest. The following year, she began working as a print model using her middle name March, which was her birth month. She attracted favourable attention from her performance as the female lead in the 1992 Jean-Jacques Annaud film The Lover, based on a semi-autobiographical novel by Marguerite Duras.
She also co-starred with American actor Bruce Willis, the erotic thriller Color of Night , directed by Richard Rush.
In 1993, March married Carmine Zozzora, an Italian co-producer of Color of Night and Die Hard with a Vengeance. They separated in 1997 and finally divorced in 2001.
